1. CAMERAMEN

Position, Duties:

Your position will be a cameramen, Your duties and responsibilities will be as designated by head of your Dept., with an initial focus on:

Responsibility
Be responsible for the visual presentation of everything a director or producer wants to portray on screen.
From the framing and lighting of a scene to the set-up of equipment and the choosing of lenses and filters.
There are basically three main jobs associated to your duties: studio cameraman, television outdoor cameraman and film shooting (Adv.) while each of these jobs requires skill with a camera, other varying job responsibilities… from the amount of time spent in the studio to working with varying supervisors and locations… make each job unique and challenging.

Requirements
Male from 25 to 40 years old.
Be a highly technical and creative individual who enjoys collaborating with large groups of people.
Excellent verbal communication is required as is the ability to take direction well from others. You should be able to work quickly, stay current on new film techniques and equipment as well as possess knowledge in camera equipment repair. You should as cameramen also respect the safety and working conditions of others . Your job experience is necessary to succeed.
As you are Good cameramen provide the expertise and know-how to allow producers, directors and Hosts to present stories visually through the use of proper angles, vantage points, lighting and close-ups.
Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.

2. GRAPHICAL DESIGNER

Job Description :
You role as 2D/3D Animator is to create cutting-edge animations and motion graphics in coordination with branding and on-air graphics content for BestBuy.

Your Responsibilities: Develop storyboards and be happy to take direction from the Senior Designers and the Head of Design.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work within a team required.
Excellent skills in task management and prioritization required.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and establish processes required.
Work closely with the art and promo departments to develop ideas, execution, and rendering of complex motion graphic and animation sequences.
You are involved: modeling high detailed skills & realistic elements, you should be advanced level of knowledge in texturing, shading and lighting in mental ray, strong, knowledge in dynamics, Cinema 4D, Adobe after Effects: as Graphical person in our dept. you should be in Very strong abilities to create 2D motion graphics and compose 3d passes and/or live shooting.

Requirement:
Male or female from 25 to 40 years old.
Familiar with most common plug-ins. Adobe Illustrator: ability to deal with vector files.
Adobe Photoshop: strong abilities to manage image processing.
Strong artistic sense.
Works well under pressure, Team player, Creative, Problem solving skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.

3. LIGHT ENGINEER

II/ Key tasks of Light Enginee

Function

    Lighting technicians set up the lights and special lighting effects used in theater, film and television production sets. They work closely with the floor manager and director to determine the type of lighting that works best on stage based on the camera shots and scenes in a film or play. In addition to taking down and repairing lighting systems, lighting technicians also coordinate, program and control the computer systems used to manipulate lighting effects.
Types
    Lighting technicians work in television stations, cable companies, theater and dance companies, movie studios, hotels and convention centers. They are also employed as freelance contractors, seasonal workers or temporary employees by theaters and the motion picture industry.
Potential
    Supervisory roles such as lighting director and designer are available to lighting technicians that acquire experience in large organizations or advanced education through certification and workshops. Lighting technicians can also progress to positions that focus on the operation, repair or installation of electronic equipment.

Able to quickly adapt in high-paced environments and keep abreast of the latest technologies in the industry. 4. SOUND ENGINEER

Position, Duties:

As you are Sound engineering technicians you should well known in Setting up, Getting Sounds, Recording, Editing, Mixing, and Mastering . Sound engineering tech. is as creative as it is a technical. One of the creative outlets is sculpting the sonic characteristics of each instrument being recorded. The microphone an engineer chooses will affect the quality of the sound, as will the placement of the chosen microphone. Any processing devices such as compressors and EQs will also change the sonic character of the sound. It is the engineer's responsibility to get good sounds

Responsibility

You should be involved in program production.
Using sound and video recording equipment while properly operating and maintaining the equipment for the use of producing special effects as well as other sounds.
Use the Sound mixers, work on the soundtracks for Adv.movies or television shows and can perform a number of tasks such as “dubbing” to insert sounds after recording has taken place,

Setting up: You must prepare for the recording session. This includes setting up microphones, routing audio signals for headphones and sound effects, preparing software and making sure that all the required gear is working properly.

Recording: Once the proper sounds have been obtained, it is time to record. It is the engineer's duty to make sure all of the audio levels are good. If the level is too low, the engineer will get bad signal-to-noise ratios. If the level is too high, clipping will occur, which causes distortion. The engineer is also responsible for operating the recording device, such as an analog tape machine or a DAW (digital audio workstation).

Editing: After the sound engineer tech. records a piece of audio production, he moves on to the editing phase. Editing is the process of cutting out bad parts, or takes, creating composite tracks of good takes and cleaning up any pops, clicks or other unwanted noises. Editing is most commonly done using DAW software such as Digidesign Pro Tools., Cool edit, Wave lab, cubase or nuendo from steinberg When recording to analog, however, much editing is still done with a razor blade and tape.

Mixing: Mixing is the process of balancing the levels of all the different recorded musics and voice over or maybe instruments. The process involves adjusting the volumes of multiple tracks, panning the tracks in the stereo field and adding effects such as reverb and delay. The result of the mix is a stereo track.

Mastering: The mastering takes the stereo track from the mixing process and fine-tunes it with processing such as EQ and compression. Mastering typically evens out a mix and results in a slightly louder recording that is ready for distribution.

5. VIDEO EDITOR

Position, Duties:
Your position will be an Editor using the Non-linear editing & graphics as “motion graphics, modeling, 3D Max, Adobe after effects”, your duties and responsibilities will be as designated by head of your Dept., with an initial focus on:

Responsibilities:
AS video editor you are responsible for assembling raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting. The material you work with may consist of raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects. This is a key role in the post-production process and your skill can determine the quality and delivery of the final product. The editor part of a team and you will usually work closely with the director to achieve the desired end result.

Typical work activities
Digital technology, specialist computer software and high-quality digitization of sound and pictures have effectively replaced the traditional manual method of cutting film. Depending on the product, an editor may be very involved in creating the narrative, structure, and tone of the program. In some situations, they may be given creative freedom while in others they may be needed merely to operate the machine.

The process of work involves:
Receiving a brief, and maybe an outline of footage and/or a shot list, script, or screenplay;
Assembling all raw footage, with camera shots either recorded or transferred onto video tape in preparation for inputting into the computer;
Inputting uncut rushes and sound, and synchronizing and storing them into files on the computer;
Digitally cutting the files to determine the sequence of the film and determining what is usable;
Creating a 'rough cut' of the program/film and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages;
Re-ordering and tweaking the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the film/video.

Your work activities may include:
Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and vision engineering and editing;
Consulting with the director, producer and/or client throughout the post-production process;
Familiarizing oneself with the style of specific directors;
Experimenting with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements;
Selecting the most effective shot of a scene in terms of Adv., story relevance or continuity;
Writing voiceover/commentary; with the scripter or copyrighter
Suggesting or selecting music;

The final stage of the process requires the skills of the online editor, who is often employed in a specialist post-production facility. Responsible for delivering the final product to the required specifications, the online editor's role is focused on technical aspects such as correcting faulty footage, grading/coloring, and adding special effects to finish the film or program.
